Question 1

How does delivery work and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Most furniture is delivered by our own team or a delivery partner, and we will contact you to arrange a date once your order is ready. Delivery charges and available dates are shown at checkout. Smaller items may ship by parcel carrier. Delivery time varies and depends upon product availability.

Question 2

How can I check the status of my order?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to your account and open Orders to see where each order is, from confirmed to out for delivery. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your order confirmation email, or contact us with your order number.

Question 3

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

If something is not right, contact us as soon as you can after delivery. Our full return policy explains what can be returned, the time window and any charges. Items must be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Question 4

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Flexible payment options are available on qualifying purchases. Ask in store or contact us and we will walk you through the plans you may qualify for. Applying does not commit you to a purchase.

Question 5

Is my furniture covered by a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Most pieces carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The length and cover vary by brand and product. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase, and contact us first if you need to make a claim.

Question 6

Does my furniture need assembly?

Accepted Answer

Many larger pieces arrive fully assembled or need only legs attached. Some items come flat-packed with instructions and hardware. The product page says which, and we can tell you about assembly help when you book your delivery.

Question 7

Can I see the furniture in person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our showroom stocks a selection of what you see online, and our team can help you plan a room, check dimensions and compare fabrics and finishes. Opening hours and directions are on our Contact page.

Question 8

How do I make sure a piece will fit?

Accepted Answer

Every product page lists the dimensions. Measure your room and the route in: doorways, hallways, stairs and any tight turns. If you are unsure, contact us with your measurements and we will help before you order.

Question 9

Are the products on your website available in store?

Accepted Answer

Our online catalog reflects our full product offering. Most items are available for order and can be delivered directly to your home. Some items may also be on display in our showroom. If you want to see a specific piece in person before purchasing, give us a call and we'll let you know if it's currently on our floor.
